NECA Penn-Del-Jersey Continues Prompt Pay Legislation Push

As part of our continued efforts to advocate on behalf of members, NECA Penn-Del-Jersey remains committed to pushing House Bill 566, which would help ensure the prompt payment of contractors and subcontractors by strengthening the Contractor and Subcontractor Payment (CASPA).

From testifying for the bill to meeting with legislators on Capitol Hill, we have taken major steps to gain support for HB 566, a piece of legislation that affects all of us. Senators who serve on the Senate Labor & Industry Committee have the next say in whether NECA-supported changes will continue to progress through the legislature. We encourage you to call the Senate offices and ask members of the Committee to vote in favor of this bill. Click here to find contact information about Committee members.
