Electrical Contractors: Join Us!
NECA Penn-Del-Jersey offers numerous exclusive benefits and resources to our member electrical contractors in the areas of education, labor relations, government affairs, and more. Explore some of the incredible resources we provide to our members below…
Our association negotiates on our members’ behalf with the various International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local Unions in our jurisdiction. Our members also serve with Chapter staff as trustees on trust funds jointly managed by NECA and the IBEW.
We host educational and safety-related workshops, both online and in-person, to help our contractors remain the most competitive and safest in the nation. Our national organization provides additional opportunities for learning and growth.
We provide members government relations services by tracking and advocating for industry-beneficial legislation at the local, state, and federal levels. We also operate a Political Action Committee (NECA-PAC) to support candidates for elected office.
We are dedicated to finding our contractors new job opportunities, creating labor hours, supporting contractors as they investigate emerging markets, and developing our workforce.
Our contractors are recognized annually for excellence in electrical construction and for creating and maintaining safe work environments for their employees. There are also numerous opportunities for recognition from NECA National.
We host all types of networking events to connect our contractors and associate members. Activities range from golf outings to sporting events, and can be as diverse as clay shooting and axe throwing.
