During the 2024 DEIB Summit, it was announced that NECA National’s DEIB Program will evolve into a Talent Management and Development Program and the Chapter was asked to cooperate in this effort. Accordingly, the Chapter will launch its own Talent Management Program focused on attracting, developing, retaining, and managing a diverse and skilled industry workforce.
By integrating multiple program pillars (diversity, workforce development, and leadership training), this initiative will ensure industry stakeholders of all backgrounds have access to resources and opportunities to drive personal and professional growth.
The initiative will be advanced through a wide range of Chapter efforts including Education (led by Rob Triplett), Business Development (led by Ken MacDougall), Government Relations (led by Aaron Kelley), and Marketing (led by Jenna Scarpello). The new program’s activities will also align more cohesively with the efforts of the Chapter’s Women in NECA, Future Leaders, and Veterans initiatives.
More information on the new Talent Management and Development Program will be available soon. Be sure to check back for more updates regularly!
