Daniel J. Hahn, Sr. - Governor
Daniel J. Hahn is the President and Owner of Furness Electric Co., Inc. in Wilmington, Delaware. He serves as the Delaware Division Chair and Chair of the NECA/IBEW Local 313 JATC. He also sits as Trustee on the IBEW Local 313 Labor Management Committee, Health & Welfare, and Retirement Funds. Dan is also a Fellow of the NECA Academy of Electrical Contracting.

Shawn Duff is a Project Manager for Carr & Duff, LLC. He serves as a Trustee for the Philadelphia Division JATC (and Chair) and as a Trustee of the Philadelphia/Norristown Division Health & Welfare Fund. He has served on the Government Affairs, Future Leaders and the Budget Committee. In 2023, he received the Chapter’s Political Leadership Award in recognition of his advocacy and leadership within the industry.
