The Penn-Del-Jersey Chapter, NECA’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Committee supports DEIB in the electrical construction industry, the Chapter, and Member Contractors; raises awareness of prejudice, discrimination, and racism; provides opportunities for education on DEIB to Chapter Members, supports DEIB initiatives of other organizations, and fosters a culture of acceptance, respect, and belonging in the industry.
